I’m Paula – designer, strategist, and the creative alchemist behind Paula Hail Studio, where soulful design meets smart strategy.

I create elegant, conversion-driven websites and sales pages for established female coaches, mentors, therapists, and course creators ready for their online presence to finally match the woman they’ve become.

Over the past 7 years, I’ve supported clients across Canada, the U.S., Australia, and Europe, many featured in Entrepreneur, Vogue, GQ, Vanity Fair, and Luxury Lifestyle Magazine, helping them evolve, simplify, and scale with intention.

My design philosophy is simple: beauty gets attention, soul builds connection, and strategy converts.

the path that led me here

There was a time when I thought my path was set…

I studied Petroleum Engineering, drawn to the math, the precision, but mostly the promise of adventure.

But even then, something inside me knew: I wasn’t meant to extract oil, I was meant to create beauty.

Then came the breakup. The one that changes everything.

I packed my bags, moved to London, and decided that if I didn’t know who I was, I’d find out by living fully.

In 2017, while working full-time, I made myself a promise: to travel to a new country every month for an entire year.

Between modern art galleries, snowy mountains, and Zaha Hadid’s bold architecture, I rediscovered myself through design, beauty, and movement.

Somewhere along the way, I decided to start a travel blog, but I couldn’t get the website to look the way I imagined.

What began as excitement turned into frustration, and that frustration lit a spark.

I didn’t just want a pretty site. I wanted to understand how design, strategy, and psychology work together…

…to tell a story that moves people.

So I dove in and fell in love. Not with travel this time, but with the art of translating vision into digital form.

In 2018, I quit my 8–6 job and moved back home to Poland, trading London’s chaos for creativity and space to breathe.

That’s when Paula Hail Studio was born. A creative sanctuary where strategy meets soul, and design flows with purpose.

What started as a search for freedom became my mission: to help women create brands and websites that feel like home and give them more space to live the life they built their business for.

Every design decision – from color to layout to flow – is rooted in intention.

It’s your energy, your story, and your next evolution, brought to life.

Just like in Traditional Chinese Medicine or hypnotherapy, every system must work in harmony.

When your strategy, design, and energy align, your business doesn’t just grow, it flows.

Think of it as brand Feng Shui. Every detail is designed to make energy move with purpose.

Outside of digital design, I’m also an artist.

When I’m not designing websites, you’ll find me at the wheel, shaping clay into curves and textures under Hail Ceramics.

Like branding, ceramics is an art of transformation: spinning raw material into form, and vision into something you can hold.

Design is energy, and I recharge mine in nature.

You’ll often find me cycling through forest paths, practicing yoga on a SUP board at sunrise, or hammocking in the summer breeze.

In winter, I trade the water for snow, finding peace on quiet ski slopes and joy in the rhythm of a snowboard run.

Meditation helps me connect deeper with each client’s vision, while movement clears my mind and keeps creativity flowing.

It’s a holistic rhythm that reflects in every website I create: calm, clear, and aligned with purpose.
